Super Soup
We all have moments in life when we feel run down and need a pick me up. Perhaps you’ve just come back from holiday where you had one too many sangrias and basically ate everything in sight. Or maybe you’ve been on a fad diet and don’t feel like you’ve got quite everything your body needs. Whatever the reason that you’re not feeling great, this soup should sort that out. It has amazing goodness in it with a good balance of protein, fat, the healthiest carbs and some sneaky antioxidants, you’re just going to love this healthy infusion. In addition, it’s raw, so all the nutrients are kept intact just ready to recharge your body and let it start benefiting immediately from its goodness greatness!! Oh! and many have said it tastes pretty good too!

Ingredients
  • 1medium butternut squash or pumpkin
  • 2cloves of garlic
  • 2tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2tablespoons of quark
  • 1tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 green pepper
  • 4 carrots
  • 1tablespoon of Tamari
  • Handful of kale
  • 2inches of fresh turmeric/half teaspoon of powder
  • juice of half an orange
  • Handful of pine nuts or cashews
  • 1tablespoon of coconut oil
  • Handful of goji berries
  • Filtered water
Instructions
  1. Chop all veggies first and blend one by one in a high speed blender or a hand blender will also work, add water and do one veggie at a time, then add all other ingredients, blend till smooth and creamy.
