Oh, it's Piña Colada party time! If this doesn't get you dancing nothing will! This brings a lot of joy to people at the clinic. Now most of us know what a green smoothie can do for our health and energy as they've had a lot of good press recently. This detoxing, weight eating, toxin killing, bone, mineral and immune boosting blend is sent to you with love. Please be responsible and do only good things with the energy it gives you 😉 P.S this one has got extra enzymes called bromelain from the pineapple which with help you digest your proteins too!

Ingredients
  • 1 pineapple chopped (including the centre, don't forget those free enzymes)
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 courgette Zucchini (USA)
  • 2 handfuls spinach or other dark greens
  • andful fresh mint optional
  • 1 carton coconut milk*
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • teaspoon halfsalt

Instructions
  1. Simply blend until smooth and serve in your favourite glass.
  2. Eating healthy doesn't have to be boring, why not buy yourself a nice glass and put in a little umbrella now and then.

Recipe Notes

*For those on Budwig protocol a Budwig mix can be added (no flaxseeds) instead of coconut milk as processed foods can contribute to cancer growth.
