Budwig Mint Dressing
Growing up in the UK, one sauce I couldn’t live without on my lamb was mint sauce or when I had a sneaky kebab I loved the mint yogurt sauce. So I tried to reinvent a healthy version more like granny used to make and then mix it with a healthy creamy substance. This is our beloved Budwig mixture with a zingy zangy kick. Use it on your cooked veggies or salads for best results.

  • 1 Budwig mixture
  • 1 tablespoon dried mint
  • 1 handful of fresh mint optional if available
  • 3 drops of Stevia
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 Lemon and it’s zest
  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 Budwig mixture
  • 1 tablespoon dried mint
  • 1 handful of fresh mint optional if available
  • 3 drops of Stevia
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 Lemon and it’s zest
  • Pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Make usual Budwig first
  2. Then add all above ingredients and mix together with a hand blender.
