Budwig Mint Dressing
Growing up in the UK, one sauce I couldn’t live without on my lamb was mint sauce or when I had a sneaky kebab I loved the mint yogurt sauce. So I tried to reinvent a healthy version more like granny used to make and then mix it with a healthy creamy substance. This is our beloved Budwig mixture with a zingy zangy kick.
Use it on your cooked veggies or salads for best results.

Ingredients
- 1 Budwig mixture
- 1 tablespoon dried mint
- 1 handful of fresh mint optional if available
- 3 drops of Stevia
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 Lemon and it’s zest
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- Make usual Budwig first
- Then add all above ingredients and mix together with a hand blender.
